Experience : 2 years minimum in IT support

Main tasks :

• Maintain the hospital hardware (PCs, laptops, printers, copiers etc.)
• Maintain inventory of all IT assets; including hardware and software licenses. 
• Receive end users tickets and follow up on them
• Ensure level 0 support on hospital applications (Hospital Information System, Medical Imaging system, lab system, website etc.) and provide training to end users
• Ensure level 0 support on the servers and infrastructure (backup, firewall, exchange, active directory, antivirus, security cameras, access points, switches etc.)
• Report to the IT Manager and fill the required reports
• Performs other duties in line with scope of work and as assigned by the IT manager
• Coordinate with external suppliers when necessary

• Good skills in windows operating systems troubleshooting specially windows 7
• Hardware repair skills (PC, printers and scanners maintenance and spare parts)
• Minimum networking skills (configure acce

• Problem solving skills
• Good command of French and English
